Imagine this, you have 48 hours to find a forever home for your young family all the way across the country. You also have to do this alone, no husband to chime in since he has to stay home with the kids. Add to it the fact that you donā??t know exactly where you want to live. You know you want to be in the northern suburbs of Chicago with an easy commute downtown but the difference between these suburbs could be dramatic. Enter Amy Davis. I called her four days before I was scheduled to fly in to Chicago from Phoenix and told her what I was looking for. I explained to her what my family was like, what our needs were and what the ideal home would be. She jumped into action. In the two days we had she showed me 18 houses, she also told me that based on everything we talked about Glenview was the perfect town for us. Mind you, I had never been to Glenview let alone heard of it. We were able to find the perfect house for my family and have a signed offer before I got on the plane to head back to Phoenix. She was able to anticipate what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. The process from offer to close was seem less from them, even though I spend most of that time in another state. She went above and beyond for me and my family. I look at my house now and couldnā??t be happier. It is perfect for us and we love Glenview! Our neighborhood also couldnā??t be more perfect. I canā??t inagine living any where else or in another house. I didnā??t give her the easiest task but she nailed it. I have no reason to move or buy another house any time soon but if I did I would use Amy over and over again. She is amazing, easy to work with and got the job done!
